Phil, in Politic Science (1986) from Punjabi University, Patiala (Punjab) started his carrier as College Lecturar Postgraduate Deptt. of Political Science, Rajindra Government College, Bathinda (Punjab) in 1986, teaching Postgraduate class on Political Thought and Diplomacy and later on at M.L.S.M. College, Sundernagar (Himachal Pradesh) as Lecturar & Head Political Science Deptt.
Soon he switched his carrier from teaching to business line. He has done his MB. in HRD and worked with higher middle an higher Management for various medium an big organizations in Private MNC sector in the field of administration, finance, Human resources and Management. Prominent among them is Direct-selling Company called Amway India Enterprises and a BP Company called Teleperformance - USA. H was instrumental in developing softwar useful for all the departments ii Teleperformance for easy flow of information among the departments without duplication with minimum cost and less chances of errors
Presently he is working with Centre for Science & Technology for non-aligned and other Developing Countries, an Intergovernmental, UN like body based a New Delhi, and looking after Administration including traveling, H R, Finance and protocol activities.
