After positive response from academicians on the Book titled "Penology : Sentencing Process & Treatment of Offenders. Ed. 2006" : Author were compelled to design and create awareness towards social and economic problems in relation to law, as a social device. They studied the spirit of enquiry to explore and explain las and legal institutions as a means to achieve development within the framework of Law and tradition. So, they tried to satisfy the desire and need of society, by presenting the book titled "Law and Social Transmation in India".
This book is especially designed for the students of LL.M for the subject "Law and Social Transformation in India" compulsory paper for all ten groups throughout India. The book has almost all the topics according to the syllabi designed by UGC. The subject is too lengthy and not possible to cover within the short the short space, but they have tried to make it simple and understandable. This book is in five parts and divided in twenty five chapters. Each chapter has separate research and findings, but tries to connect with each-other.
