American writer Janet Fine based in India and Egypt has launched the Classes Books Company in the tradition of 19"' century explorer Sir Richard Burton, to find, translate and publish ancient Erotic manuals. She wrote the English translation in collaboration with a well-known Urdu editor, remaining anonymous. The special design of the Book in the ancient style is attributed to an accomplished artist (also anonymous) and Raghuvir Kill. The special cloth jacket cover was selected and designed by Bombay Fashion and fabric designer Gulzar.
The book Lazzat un' Nisa ("'The (Pleasure of 'Woman") hand-copied in the ancient Urdu and Persian language in 1850 has been published for the first time in English with complete text and exquisite erotic paintings from the original manuscript. The reader is invited to experience the unique ancient world of the "Kama Sutra" with its ancient secret love teachings of the blissful adventure of body and spirit.
