About the Author
Udai Prakash Sinha (b. 1956) is Professor of Economics, T.M. Bhagalpur University, Bhagalpur. He has authored many Books including Planned Development of Resources in a Developing Region (1985), Socio-Economic Dimensions of Integrated Development in India (1991), IRDP for Weaker Sections (1996), Ecology and Quality of Life in Urban Slums (2007), and Women Empowerment and Family Management in Tribal Region (2007). He is editing 'Journal of Economic Issues' since 2000 published by Planning Forum, and Anga Economic Society, University Department of Economics, T.M. Bhagalpur University, Bhagalpur. He has also completed two UGC Major Research Projects and contributed more than 50 research papers to reputed national and international journals of Economics and other Social-Sciences. Micro-level planning and the regional economics are the areas of his interest and research.
Rekha Sinha (b. 1958) is currently Professor of Psychology, T.M. Bhagalpur University, Bhagalpur. She has contributed more than 20 research papers to the reputed national and international journals of Psychology and other social-sciences. She has completed two UGC Major Research Projects and has also authored one book, entitled : Organised and Disorganised Personality : A Comparative Study. Organizational, Industrial & Environmental Psychology are the areas of her interest in research.
