We request all our customers to check the complete details provided on every book detail page before placing the order. This lets you exactly know what you will get.

Return Exceptions

Textbooks, STM titles and Reference Books sales are final. For other books restocking fees may apply.

Return process

All return orders should be properly packed to save from damages and bear return number on it.

Contact us at web@printsasia.com to get the return number. All return packets should be sent trackable so that we can check the packet status as and when required.

We request you to send us an email regarding the return details. Once we get your email, we will revert back with an authorization code.
