Dr. Sudhir Kumar (b. 1953) isj a Sentor Lecturer in the Post Graduate Department of Political Science, D.A.V. Post Graduate College, Azamgarh (U.P.). He has all along a brilliant academic record/. After graduating from Allahabad University in 1972, he was awarded Masters degree with Gold Medal from Gorakhpur University (1974). He obtained his doctoral degree from the Gorakhpur University. He hask contnributed several papers to various journals and its associated with several academic bodies like Indian Institute of Public Administration, New Delhi, Indian Political Science Association and Poorvanchal University Political Science Association (P.U.P.S.A.). He is Zonal Secretary Political Science Association Journals. He is the author of Model Political Theory in Hindi which was recently published.
