Printsasia offers both standard and expedited shipping for 48 contiguous states.

How do we calculate shipping rates?

For domestic orders, we follow a flat rate policy in which our estimated shipping cost remains to be $3.99. In case you are a bulk buyer feel free to drop us a mail to enquire if we have any special offers for you.

Can I upgrade my shipping after placing my order?

The answer may vary here as if you have placed your order but your order is yet to be processed, you may be provided with the option to upgrade your shipping. But if your order is processed, you may not allow changing your shipping option. Please feel free to drop us a mail at web@printsasia.com for any query on this.

Are there any extra taxes or hidden charges involved?

There are no extra taxes or hidden costs. After placing an order with us, the price that you see at the website at the time of the checkout is the final price.

We deliver across the world. All our International orders are shipped via Expedited shipping service which generally delivers orders in 3 to 7 business days after it has been shipped.

What are the different shipping carriers we use to ship our orders?

There are a number of different carriers that we use depending upon the number of books ordered and the location to which they are shipped. The options are DHL, USPS, UPS, MI and FedEx.

International Shipping Rates

Shipping rates may vary depending upon the destination address, weight and size of the book. The complete details on pricing are shown in your shopping cart before you check out. So, the rates that you see while placing your order are the final rates. There are no hidden or extra charges involved in it.

How do we calculate our International Shipping Rates?

Our International Shipping rates are calculated on the basis of book weight and not on the basis of number of items ordered like other online book portals do.

Calculating on the number of items in the shopping cart or additional charges for each item shipped is the common among various online shopping portals. But this way you end up paying many extra dollars.

So, in comparison the way Printsasia calculates its shipping rates is extremely customer friendly and cost effective.

DELIVERY ESTIMATES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We usually ship all our orders within two business days of your purchase. Orders sent via Expedited shipping method gets delivered in around 3-7 business days after shipping.

SHIPPING TO ASIAN COUNTRIES

We offer special rates for orders that need to be delivered in Asian region. Instead of the usual $18.27 which we charge as International shipping rate, we charge only $ 9.99 for a book that weigh less than or equal to one pound. This rate will increase with the increase in the weight of the book.

How do we calculate our estimated shipping dates?

The estimated shipping time is mentioned on every book details page of our website which differs from one book to another. The Shipping time mentioned on every book details page specifies the number of business days that will be required to ship a particular book.

An estimated delivery date will also appear in your account once you have an order with us. Our estimated delivery dates depends upon how quickly we can procure and assemble the books for shipment. When ordering for multiple books or multiple copies of a single book, the estimated shipping time is bound to differ. It would then depend upon how soon the packet containing multiple items is ready for shipping.

You may receive multiple shipments of your order in case it needs to be filled by multiple warehouses. As we do not pass the multiple shipment charges to our customers so in that case you will not be charged anything extra.

Can Shipping be upgraded to ensure faster delivery?

It would be requested that you carefully chose your shipping option when placing an order. As once any order is processed and forwarded for shipment, we will not be able to upgrade it. However, we may consider upgrading shipping if the packet is still to be forwarded for shipment. Generally orders are shipped within two business days, so we request you to send the shipping upgrading request at the earliest to our support team at web@printsasia.com

Your orders may be subject to import taxes, custom duties and fees which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. Be sure that the books you have ordered are not restricted for import by government rules and regulations which may differ from country to country. Any geographical restrictions imposed by the publisher on the books are strictly compiled with.

It must also be noted that when customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates

Where can I track my order status?

Once you login you can see "My account" section on the top right corner of the page. Please go to my account section and choose "View Order History". Click on view order and choose the order number to see the all required details related to the order.

You may also track your order status, on the shipping carrier website. We send tracking IDs, and the website URL of the shipping company along with the shipping confirmation mail.

Where can I see my order history?

Once you login you can see "My account" section on the top right corner of the page. Please go to "My account" and click "View Order History". You will see list of all your orders placed till date on our website.
